Apartments features and services
The new Clivus Apartments in Corvara consist of 2 70m2 units, each with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Both apartments also have a spacious, open-plan living kitchen with a dining area, sofa, satellite TV, a cosy real-wood fireplace, and a guest WC.
As a guest at the Clivus Apartments, you can use the wellness area at the Sporthotel Panorama (200m away) for an extra fee of €24 per person per day, which includes:
- Panorama indoor pool
- Whirlpool
- 5 different saunas
- Plunge pool and Kneipp pool
- Relaxation rooms
Treatments and massages (for an additional fee, 9-11 am and 3-7 pm, book at the Sporthotel Panorama reception)
The fitness room is available for €15 per person per day.
The Clivus Apartments are perfectly equipped for self-catering. But if you feel like being pampered, you have several options:
- Bread delivery service to the apartment
- Breakfast buffet at the Sporthotel Panorama (€24 per day and person, 7:30-10:30 am)
- À la carte lunch at the Sporthotel Panorama (12:30-1:30 pm)
- Evening menu at the Sporthotel Panorama (€60 per person, 7-9 pm, booking at reception)
- À la carte dinner in our Ladin restaurant Panorama
- Bar at the Sporthotel Panorama with snacks, homemade pastries, ice cream specialities, and a wide selection of wines and cocktails
We ask for your understanding that unfortunately we cannot accept pets.

Flowers, newspapers, and cosmetics are available on request at reception.
For an additional €30.00, we’ll gladly wash your car.
If you would like to use our laundry service for an extra charge, please hand your laundry to our service staff in the morning.
We kindly ask you to sort your waste. The recycling point is located on the ground floor, in front of the garage entrance.
Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8 am.
Smoking, leaving personal items in communal areas, and the admission of non-residents are not allowed in any of our facilities.
Ball games are not permitted in the courtyard.
Check-in and check-out take place at the Sporthotel Panorama, 200m away, from 9:30 am to 10 pm.
On arrival day, the apartments are available from 3 pm, and on departure day until 10 am. Upon arrival, you will receive an access code for the garage and your apartment.
- Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge
- Between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival, 30% of the booking price will be charged
- Between 30 and 3 days before arrival, 70% of the booking price applies
- From 2 days before arrival, or in case of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, 100% of the booking price will be charged
To avoid incurring charges, we recommend taking out Hotelstorno Plus travel insurance in collaboration with Europäische Reiseversicherung AG. The premium can be transferred online along with the deposit.
All prices are per apartment, per night, based on the stated number of occupants, and exclude the mandatory local tourist tax, which applies to all guests aged 14 and over.
Once the deposit (30% of the booking price) has been transferred, your booking is confirmed. The deposit can be made via postal order or bank transfer to the following account:

Payment is due upon arrival. We accept cash payments (up to €4,999), debit cards, and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). Invoices are issued between 7:30 am and 10:00 pm only.
The security deposit is blocked on your credit card upon arrival. After the apartment is returned in good condition, the amount will be released. The deposit cannot be used to cover your accommodation or any additional services. The deposit amount is calculated based on the total booking price.

Our holiday apartments in Corvara are right on the slopes: just 200 metres away from 1,200 kilometres of pistes and 450 lifts in the Dolomiti Superski, the world’s largest ski area. Corvara is also an ideal starting point for the Sellaronda. You’ll find a private ski depot in your garage as well.
Right outside your apartment, 400 kilometres of well-prepared hiking trails take you straight into the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site – white and glistening in winter, green and lush in summer. Always with you: breathtaking views, diverse landscapes, and rustic mountain restaurants for a delicious break.
You can also hit the heights on two wheels in the Alps – on an MTB holiday over rough terrain, road cycling over thrilling Dolomite passes, or e-biking on a leisurely tour through sunny meadows and shaded forests. There’s also a well-equipped bike rental service right in Corvara.
